The KELLY compliance department is comprised of long-term industry professionals with a combined 60 years of employee benefits experience. The compliance department staff within KELLY routinely scans benefits and regulatory periodicals and websites to keep current on changes that are on the horizon, especially those that would impact their corporate clients.

As an added resource, KELLY utilizes the services of two law firms that specialize in ERISA and employment law. Part of their function is to provide Kelly with information and implications of new developments in state and national healthcare issues.
